"Such a convenient location for the beautiful Collioure. Little interaction with reception more with breakfast staff who were pleasant and friendly- nice breakfast. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. "The hotel is centrally located on the promenade, but does not have a designated parking lot. You can use a public parking garage , but on busy days it can be full. The hotel also doesn't have a washer for the guest’s use , but there is a nearby automatic laundromat that you can use. Our room was spacious and airy with 2 balconies. "This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint! I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. "We stayed for 2 nights in double room that was very spacious - small sitting area, large bedroom, and an outdoor balcony facing the water. Parking was easy enough (we didn't use car in town) and it was a 5 minute walk into main area so very convenient. Staff was very nice, room had more than we needed. It's not fabulous, but either is the price and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation."

"My friends and I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! We arrived to the hotel early before check-in time, and instead of letting us store our luggage in a secure location, the receptionist simply told us to put our luggage under the staircase. When we finally were able to check in, the receptionist failed to inform us that there was a gate code to let us into the hotel at night. Fortunately, the bartender informed us that we needed a gate code, or else...
