"The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. "We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beach Penthouse Mariposa. Ursula and Burghard were perfect hosts, especially on our arrival when my Wife was taken ill on the flight - they we're very kind, helpful and understanding for us.The Penthouse was outstanding. It has everything you could ever need for your stay, very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The location is great - away from the busy centre of Guardamar, but close walking distance to a beautiful beach and a few small shops. Private off-road parking was great to have, especially during the busy holiday season where everywhere is busy. The views from the multiple balconies were stunning, and lovely to sit out on an evening for a meal or drink, or morning coffee!The swimming pool is also in close walking distance, which is great for families with a pool bar which sells drinks, food and ice cream. The water was warm but refreshing, with 3 separate pools of different depths, to accommodate swimmers of all abilities. Sunbeds can be hired for a small fee.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in future."

Die Ausstattung entspricht einem guten südländischen Standard und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war jederzeit sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Auch die Hausübergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief reibungslos. Als es während unseres Aufenthalts zu einem Stromausfall kam, wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen – ein wirklich toller Service!Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen.
