A perfect spot for friends and family to gather and enjoy panoramic views of Lake Champlain and access to private beach. With a brand new deck, a picture perfect 15 foot dining table, and plenty of communal space, this house is perfect for family reunions and visiting wedding party guests. Enjoy lakeside water fun and the breath taking views of Lake Champlain on the deck and expansive sea wall while you reconnect and build memories with family and friends. The house offers access to private community sandy beach and picnic area less than 100 feet away perfect for children of all ages. Boat mooring available. It is located in a quiet, kid-friendly and safe community.

The kitchen includes all major appliances and all dishes, utensils, pots and pans are provided. The dining table seats 12 with additional dining space next to the kitchen making the house perfect for large family dinners. This beautiful kitchen connects to a family room, living room, and sunroom, each with abundant social and seating areas. Perfect for your family to reconnect. We have several books and toys for children, with a fold up ping pong table and TV/ sitting area in the basement. If looking for a great lake front family vacation this house is for you!
