"I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."

"Very nice room. You can hear the traffic quite a bit, which is due to the cobblestone streets. The terrace with the views of the city are priceless. The hotel is situated basically in the middle of everything that’s interesting. The staff are wonderful. They do go out of their way to be helpful. "
