"Best views. Excellent staff and clean room. Although property is a bit far and on a rocky road but when you reach there the views just take your breath away. Awesome experience. We could have stayed there for ever."

"Upfront, this place has the most amazing view. I mean it is incredible. The two suites are perfect for two couples. The only slight ding is that while the bedrooms have A/C, the main room and kitchen do not. For the price compared to some other listings, it seemed that having a A/C unit in the main living area would be appropriate. We got used to it, and the weather was not bad in April, but something to consider in the hotter months of the rainy season. The hosts were great, check in was super easy and the suggestions on places to eat were spot on. Highly recommend. One point, you will need a 4WD vehicle if you plan to stay here. "

"Absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we needed. The VIEW was spectacular! The location was ideal. You felt secluded & had privacy, but it was a quick drive to town or local beaches. Communication with Mark & Rolondo was wonderful. They answered my questions right away. We were a family of 4 (16 yr old boy & 13 yr old girl). We did a private ATV tour with Jungle Tours, waterfall repelling with Costal Canyoning (private tour) & a surfing lesson & I would highly recommend all 3!! Uvita has a quiet elegance about it. The town had everything we needed (grocery, gas, restaurants, ATM,couple of cute store for shopping) yet nature was the main focus & everything felt very relaxed. Marks recommendations for food were spot on! Citrus & Exotica were delicious & great ambiance! Such a wonderful vacation!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!"

"The place is amazing. Perfect way to start and end the day. Minutes from a variety of beaches. Within hour from a wealth of Costa Rican adventures. Came with outstanding hospitality from Jaguar Property Management including extensive guidance and recommendations for anything one might want on a trip to the area. Better communication than we’ve ever experienced for a short term rental - be it via Vrbo or other. Makes navigating a new uncertain area that much more comfortable. "

""A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Ocean Views"Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at this Ballena Bliss luxury villa. The spacious layout, including an adjoining casita, provided plenty of room, and the second-floor balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy true Costa Rica jungle sounds and views of the Pacific. We loved gathering and relaxing by the pool, with a bar conveniently connected to the kitchen.The location was perfect—90 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, 50 minutes from Nauyaca Waterfalls, 30 min from Uvita Zipline and just 5 minutes to the secluded Playa Piñuela. The property manager was excellent with communication and gave great local recommendations.A fantastic spot for both relaxation and adventure!"

"Our stay was more than we could have dreamed of. The house was larger and more beautiful than it appears in the pictures. It was closer to the ocean than expected and the yard and beaches were gorgeous. We went for spring break and hardly saw any other people on the beach! The access to Playa Archo was so fun because it felt like our little secret. We were so thankful for the air conditioning in one bedroom. We ended up having family game nights in there a couple of times so everyone could cool off. The only thing I would change would be more lighting for the evenings. We cooked dinner at home a lot and even with the brighter lights above the island it still felt dark for preparing a meal. Natalia graciously met us when we arrived in the pouring rain and was easy to reach and quick to respond our whole stay. The Ballena Bistro at the end of the road was wonderful too! The only downside was the distance from the airport in San Jose, but it was still worth the drive! "
