We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...

"This is a Beautiful Resort and the staff is amazing! The swim up bar and the view is just Wow So Amazing and food is always very delicious. Everything we ate was very good and fresh at the hotel. The only thing that I would have wanted would have been a greater variety of food at the buffet restaurant other than that the Views were amazing from my room. Overall I had a very good experience at this resort. The activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well. One Last thing, if you are planning on a relaxing stay, this might not be the hotel for you, we stayed Friday through Monday and every night there was Disco Club night so there was music playing until 12 midnight and the next day, Saturday, until 1 am. I was traveling with my elderly parents so this was something we didn't like."

"Our overall stay was very pleasant. Raul is a responsive host and communication was very good. Some items within the villa need attention: the lighting in the master bathroom is dark. Showers could be remodeled to an open concept. Some ceiling fans could be replaced. Some screens need repair, some with open holes and not secured to the base. The kitchen could use a counter top and cabinet remodel."
