"Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día! "The room was clean, the ambiance of the hotel was great. We loved the bohemian chic decor and modern feel of this hotel which has probably been recently renovated/updated. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how nice it was, I wish we had time to enjoy the pool. The breakfast included was perfect. We would definitely stay here again"
