"Requested well in advance a room in block B as this is the quieter of the 2 blocks away from the lifts and high as possible, but this time I was put in block A and near the lifts, never been an issue in the past, the hotel was noisy this time, couples arguing in the corridor at night, I really like this hotel normally as very comfortable but feel let down this time, I will book again as i can’t fault other areas."
