"Pros: We arrived late at night and self check-in was very smooth. The room is very clean, there is a lot of storage places. A small fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine with amazing coffee capsules. Our room 103 had a balcony with a sea view. There is a beautiful tree right in front of the window which is amazing during the heat hours as there is always shadow. Air conditioning works properly, it's very silent at night. You need only 2 minutes to get to the beach, which is almost empty around 8-9 in the morning. The communication before check-in and check-out was very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and a small touch for our anniversary from the stuff was very cute. Cons: Bed sheets are surprisingly uncomfortable as they are pilled. We had to ask for additional bed covers to use them as sheets. There are two separate beds side by side which could use the same big topper to be more comfortable for a couple. The shower diverter to switch between the overhead showerhead and the handheld one was broken. The knob had fallen off, so there was no proper handle to turn it. There is no drying rack on the balcony for swimwear, only in the bathroom."

"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"Clean comfortable apartment a few minutes walk from Canyamel beach. Two pool areas which were well maintained. I found the communication with host not ideal often didn’t get a reply from a call or text until the next day. Other than that great value for the area!"

"The property we stayed was an off-site property approx 2 blocks from main hotel. It was an easy walk. The offsite property was small and nice also featuring a nice rooftop pool. The room was spacious and newly updated. However, the bed was very hard and pillow for sleeping was awful. It was a hard lumbar pillow in a pillow case. I slept with my own shawl as a pillow instead. The main property had a good breakfast buffet which had many options and a lovely staff. Overall a 4/5."
