Playa de la Costilla

The hotel's location is fantastic, but it is uncomfortable no matter how you put it. They have different hallways with a set of 8 capsules per hallway. We got hallway #4 capsule #30, at least it was the bottom capsule. Each hallway has a private bathroom for the hallway plus there is communal bathrooms after all the hallways. Next to our room is a closet with an electronic lock to put your luggage. Inside the capsule you have a mirror and TV. You can't control the temperature yourself, only the air flow and if it's cold or hot you have to tell the front to adjust it for you and the other 7 capsules. In order to take a shower you have to (kind of) make a mess inside your capsule or outside in front of everyone, because there is no other way. When we returned to the hotel that night somebody had a mess all over the floor and the place smelled like dirty laundry. This hotel is for 1 or maybe 2 nights, no more. The staff were very helpful and courteous, but it doesn't compensate for the lack of comfort. We stayed the first night, but moved to another hotel after that since it was a 5 days stay.

Great hotel and very conveniently located. Although parking is available it is limited so arrive early to guarantee space. Car park is a shared public parking garage so hotel guests can use the same parking but different floor and higher day rates. Unfortunately other floors are not acceptable from the hotel but a short walk a few doors down.
