This was a fantastic resort, in a beautiful setting. The facilities were great, there was a nature trail running through the resort, bikes were available to get around on, or you could use the golf buggies to get around, but talking was also not a problem. We also did a kayaking trip through the canals which was beautiful and the guide was very knowledgable about the area. It was very east to organize trips to various sites of interest in the area. We were on an Open Kitchen meal plan, and all the restaurants were very clear about items not covered by this. One of our group has celiac but this proved not to be a problem, the serving staff were very aware of the need to avoid gluten, breakfast had it's own area for gluten free bread, all the menus had a huge choice of gluten free meals. We can't wait to go back. If I had to find anything to criticize it would be that we had to ask for more water in the room, which is supposed to be topped up every day, and snacks were only topped up once whilst were were there rather than everyday, although the mimi bar was replenished daily. For us this wasn't a big deal, we never actually ran out of water in the room but the snacks would have be lovely whilst sitting on the balcony having a drink before supper.
