The building has incredible amenities such as the rooftop with pool, lounge chairs, grill and a beautiful view of the city and the Caribbean sea. It counts with parking space, 24/7 security and elevator.

Upon entering the apartment, the first thing you will see is the large living room and the kitchen that is fully equipped for you to enjoy your favorite food. Then you have a very comfortable sofa in front of a smart Tv where on guest can surely sleep. The complete area is illuminated by the large windows that allow the entrance of light coming from the balcony, where you will enjoy having a coffee in the morning or a few beers in the afternoon and cool off and watch the nightlife in Playa del Carmen.

Both bedrooms have a very comfortable king size bed, which you will love. There you have a desk, a closet to store your belongings and a full bathroom with bath towels, beach towels and a hair dryer.

You are only a few steps away from 5th Avenue where you will find many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, markets and much more! Mamita's Beach is only 1,600 feet away. This condo is close to all the action and the beach, but at the same time it is quiet at night so you can get relaxed.

Most of the points of interest of Playa del Carmen are very close to the apartment and you can walk to them, or go by bike or taxi.
