Lovely 1 Bdr. Cottage, beside Casa Chanty property where there are two other rentable units, the Lovely Cottage is independent and shares only the common areas, the beach is a long spam of white sand, deserted and private, we have at disposal kayaks paddle board & boogie boards. The cottage has a private top roof terrace, you can enjoy magic sunrises and romantic dinners, has a full equipped kitchen, a large Bdr with a window, king king-sized bed and an additional twin bed, with Air conditioning and a ceiling fan, smart TV with Satellite Channels, Internet Wi.Fi 10 MB, housekeeping 3 times a week, Staff on-site.
Beach Towels are provided, and for anything you need, just ask our on-site employee or manager who are there to help you with any of your needs.

During the summer season, you can enjoy the wonderful experience of the deposition of marine turtles' eggs right in front of Chanty House, an unforgettable experience.

Chef at Home Service:
Indulge in our Chef at Home service, where Chef Beto prepares daily lunch and dinner options. The cost varies depending on the number of people and excludes food expenses. Chef Beto, originally from Mexico, is highly attentive to his culinary creations, and our customers greatly appreciate his fair pricing.
2 to 5 people: $65 USD
5 to 8 people: $80 USD
8 to 10 people: $90 USD
We also offer a Welcome Dinner for a cost of $40usdper person, which includes food.

Spring Break!

We loved this cozy cottage! The private rooftop terrace with views of the sea was one of the highlights. Also, being steps from the private beach, with umbrellas and loungers was amazing! We were able to cook all our meals in the kitchen, even being brought a coffee maker within hours of our request. The onsite manager and caretakers were more than accommodating. We definitely would go back!

Exceeded Expectations

Casa Chanty and the Angy Suite exceeded our expectations in every way. Starting with Cristina's timely responses and assistance in making everything effortless. She helped set up transportation from the airport, a car rental, and connected us with chef Beato (he is a joy and his meal was spectacular!). The property is better than advertised, the suite was clean and cozy, and the lights at night are magical. The beach was even better than we hoped for. It is very quiet, being away from all the hotel traffic, and simply breathtaking! It is very close to both Puerto Morelos (which we absolutely adore! Snorkeling is a must do and the restaurant Perla Negra for dinner was superb!) and Playa del Carmen (a bit too busy for our taste, but glad we visited for a day). We prefer VRBO's over an all-inclusive and don't mind doing our own cooking - so, this was perfect for us. The one thing to note is there is no oven in the Angy Suite, but we were able to work around it. Should we come back to Cancun, we will stay here again! Thank you, Cristina!
