I chose this hotel based on old reviews. They probably have been closed for months due to COVID and reopened in the worst conditions possible. The room is dirty and smells like mold, the towels looked old and dirty, the bathroom was filthy and I could not dare to walk without shoes in the room NO WIFI in the room, not always the breakfast was available and to complete the disaster we saw a HUGE RAT outside the room!

Me gustó que los encargados siempre me atendieron con amabilidad, aunque me hubiera gustado que la manija del baño no se cayera y que se le pudiera bajar al retrete, aparte de que no proporcionan ni shampoo ni acondicionador.

Whole on vacation we decided to see if we could get a hotel closer to the beach. we found the hotel and the pictures looked great and decided to book. shortly thereafter we were walking back to our existing hotel and decided to walk by the new one all excited to see it. Unfortunately what we saw wasn't the same as what the pictures were. In all honesty the place looked closed. we decided that wasn't where we wanted to stay and within a few hours of making the reservation we were trying to cancel. Hotels.com attempted to reach the hotel for three days, when somebody finally answered they declined our request for a refund. We continued our vacation elsewhere and had to pay for rooms we didn't use.

Great affordable hotel to stay a few nights. There's no TV. The Martina Beach Club with which they have an agreement with is pretty far away. I wish they'd have an agreement with a closer one. Since I stayed during the pandemic and right after Delta came through, the hotel was pretty quiet. The Argentinean ladies at reception were nice.

Photos are accurate. The AC was broken in the room but everything else was as advertised. Good service, nice pool, and excellent location. It was quiet at night, as well, so sleeping was not an issue.

It’s a cute property, the bungalows are adorable, but very basic, basically just a room to sleep in. No televisions, hot water works sporadically, basic pool, & the beach nearby is not pretty and the air outside stinks like dead fish. I believe they have a restaurant there but never offer or showed us a menu. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall, our stay was a good one. Rooms are very neat, cozy, they work for what we wanted them for. We stayed there for 5 days and really only use it to sleep since we were all over town throughout the day. I'd give it a 4.5 stars out of 5. The only thing that could use some improvement is the Wifi, we stayed in the Brisa room and the signal there was kinda of weak, I'm assuming it was because the modem was somewhat at a distance. I would recommend this hotel for sure

Great location and family run establishment. Close to everything but out of the way enough to be quiet at night. Host Jose and family very eager to help but not intrusive

Well located walking distance from shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. the beach on that area is not good, you should know that. But you can walk to other places. I recommend it for a short stay

We loved staying here! Very basic, very cute and clean little beach bungalow. The beach is right around the corner, the pool area was pretty and quiet. Very central to all the night life. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be back

Cozy cabañas slightly off of the busy street. Staff is friendly and attentive. We couldn’t lock our back door which we were a bit nervous about, and had a slight problem with ants in our room. All in all a great place to stay and we would highly recommend!

A quiet and unassuming place.
I was there for a quiet time and for that it was fine. Very basic but everything very gracious. I was left alone which was what I was looking for. Pool closed half way through my time there and that was sad. But the people who ran it were very kind and gracious.

Good for price BUT be smart about your possessions
We had a bungalow which was very moderate but I expected that. It was comfortable enough...pillows were very flat but everything else in room was fine. WiFi was on...off...on...off. Pool was actually larger than pictures. Good location only two blocks from 5th Avenue where all the action is in Playa del Carmen. FYI do not leave jewelry in room on the day the clean....my diamond ring grew legs and walked away.

On the Beach and one block from main shopping
Great location which is basically beachfront and 1 block from pedestrian area of shopping. Beach was not particularly appealing here due to the seaweed, but we're finding that is pretty widespread in Mayan Riviera beaches right now. Room was pleasant enough...great A/C kept the room very comfortable. Small pool on property...people onsite were friendly and helpful. Very good value for this location...would be happy to stay here again!

staff did not speak english did not clean room at all in the whole week. refrigerator did not work, anthother was brought in, it did not work either, we gave up trying after that. the ran out of soap, we had to buy our own.

Great value close to beach and 5th.
The bungalows are not spacious but very cozy. Beds are comfortable and A/C worked great. The pool is fantastic and many good lounge chairs available to relax. Location is excellent to beach and 5th Avenida.

Close to the Beach
The grounds of the hotel were very pleasant. The pool was for decoration only. I stayed in one of the bungalows. There was too much light coming in and the bed wasn't very comfortable-hard as a rock. The pillows were like mush and didn't offer any support. I had to ask the maids for service as cleaning the bungalows was not a high priority.

The worst hotel I have stayed at
well after a long flight I arrived there and sat in the lobby for almost an hour.Waiting for the receptionist to go and help everyone else. Although I was there before everyone else. I was then told that the room i paid for was not available for that night. It would be available tomorrow. Would i mind staying in one of their other rooms. I asked if it was a room of the same price range as the one I booked. She told me it was better than the one I was booked. I agreed. No problem. She said It would be ready in an hour. They would hold my luggage for me. Still not a problem. I came back in a little over an hour and went up to my new room. It was a dorm room with 1 bunk bed and another twin size bed in the middle of the room. NOT even comparable to the room i booked. The floor was so dirty I wouldn't even take my flip flops off. looked in the bathroom and their are stains all over the walls in the shower and on the walls around the toilet. Urine all around the floor of the toilet and the bathroom smelled so bad of urine you couldn't even open the door without it making the whole room smell. The water didn't work until we went downstairs and told them it wasn't working. If I had not been up for 2 days traveling and if it wasn't so late I would have went somewhere else. The sheets were clean and the beds were clean. The next day when the room I booked was actually available it was just as bad. No tv or any of the amenities and I mean none of the amenities listed.

Showed up and they told me the bungalow I booked wasn't available but i could have a room if I waited 40 minutes. An hour later I was told the room didn't have a lock and there was actually no where for me to stay. So I had to walk around and find another room at 10pm.. is say that's pretty bad.

Personnels et propriétaires très charmants , se soucient de notre confort et bien-être. Très propre, Confortable, chaleureux et accueillant. À deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Toutefois, les prix du petit restaurant sur place sont trop élevés, mais par contre délicieux. Bref, ce fut une belle découverte, à conseiller !!

La estancia fue buena, la cama un poco dura, limpieza diaria, toallas limpias, la alberca no tuvo horario para poder ocuparla, el personal bastante amable, cuenta con renta de bicicletas, AC, ideal para descansar y olvidad la rutina. volveré!!!
