Beautiful Hotel, very clean, everybody was exceptional especially the concierge Marisol and Lizette, it was my birthday and they had balloon decorations in my suite and a dessert, what a nice surprise.The hotel complex is huge but they have golf carts to take to all the places you need to go to.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was super attentive and were always seeking to see what they could help with. The pools were huge and beautiful. Everything was awesome.

Vidanta Jungala was a wonderful experience and holiday for my family and friends. We were made to feel very special as VIPs when we arrived. Although you travel on golf carts for much of your stay, they are always very attentive and on time. The restaurants are amazing, the facilities are gorgeous and the pools are lots of fun. The beach club was a highlight of our vacation too.

The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The food was great across all the restaurants, including room service. At check-in, we were asked to put down a $1,500 deposit toward dining within the resort, which we declined. It’s worth noting that food prices are on the higher side, and a 20% gratuity is automatically added everywhere—even for small purchases like ice cream at a stand. The location is convenient, with easy access to Playa del Carmen—we went there one evening and it was a nice option nearby.

Big property with lots of pools (never felt crowded). Food was good and on pricier side. You have to shuttle everywhere and wait time is manageable. Kids club has good varieties of activities. One off experience for us was a dinner reservation was booked/confirmed. When we arrived, we found out the restaurant was closed. Concierge was able to find alternative quickly.

This place is the most beautiful place that we have stayed at in the Riviera Maya…and we ha f stayed in many. The staff are so so friendly, kind and helpful. We stayed 10 days. The kids loved it and I appreciated the conservation of the land and waters. Just be mindful that food and activities there are expensive. We went and ate in Playa del Carmen as well as grocery shopped which helped. It’s worth it. Would definitely stay again.

We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya!

This property was gorgeous. We stayed with our family of 4, including 2 teenage sons. There was something for everyone. The staff was wonderful and extremely attentive. The pools, gyms and restaurants were all amazing. My only complaint- not even really a complaint, is that the property doesn’t have food close by unless you do room service. The room service was excellent, tons of food for the price. They offered coffee in the lobby but would have been nice to have a place to have drinks or light snack without having to walk a great distance. We CHOSE to walk a lot but there are golf cart shuttles any time you want. The staff was extremely extremely attentive. They helped arrange all things from transportation, to reservations to recreation off property! We didn’t want to leave and definitely will be back!

Stuff was amazing. Cleaning lady was amazing but we didn’t get the concept- rocky beach. Super huge territory- you have to order the golf car to get anywhere there. Outdated restaurant (but great food), outdated everything really. Super cold pool. Unless you have access to the beach club pool that is actually heated- good luck swimming in their main pool. Prices for food were even more expensive than in the US! Lunch for 5 ppl- $260. Dinner - $370 Try not to go bankrupt there just on food. We will not be coming back there

I can’t say enough good things about Jungala! This was one of the best experiences I’ve had - we were a little worried about what we would come into as some of the Vidanta owners have complaints about their ownership plans but THIS is the model Vidanta should follow. The hotel gets the highest level of access to all parts of the resort, private concierge, private transportation all over the 1000 acre resort. We LOVED walking the jungle paths to our room which was enormous and beautifully appointed. I could not have asked for more. We saw lots of wild life and the environment is so peaceful. As a rule, my family does not return to the same resort as we want to see more of the world but we all want to return here! ♥️ Definitely see Joya - it was fabulous!

Once we arrived we were treated like VIPs. Ariana, Jose and Liz as well as all the other staff we encountered were extremely courteous and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable.
