The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are clean and very roomy. Marisol our concierge was absolutely amazing. She guided us and helped us in everything. The pools were clean and stunning. The only thing, the beach was not accessible due to being very rocky. Overall is was amazing!

We just left and can't wait to go back! Beautiful property, lovely people. All staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. We celebrated my daughter 21st birthday and staff supriced her with balloons and a pastery in our room. Special acknowledgement to all the ladies and gentlemen at Jungala were fantastic! Beautiful pools Delicious food So much wild life, we loved it!

Hotel is excellent. Big spacious modern rooms. Staff is excellent. Food was awesome. We also saw the Joya show for the second time and it was fun. It might seems expensive on the food and drinks, but when you add it up with room price it is similar cost to all inclusive hotels. But this one is way nicer.

The property is very large but full of very attentive staff. It was just exceptionally. My family and myself enjoyed the entire stay. We stayed at Jungala on the Vidanta World property and our suite was perfect for family of four. I highly recommend and worth every penny.

I have been to Vidanta resorts in Riviera Maya three times now and it is the best place for me and my kids. I didn’t leave the resort at all the place is huge. The hotel rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. This time we stayed Jungala and two large rooms with two bathrooms and even a dining room kitchen and stove sinke the works! It is not all inclusive but you can coin your food there if you don’t want to spend money on eating out everyday. Staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly always

It was a wonderful vacation. Beautiful suit room with a jungle vibe greenery around, modern furnitures and small kitchen, clean bed and bath, nice balcony, 24 hours swimming pool, standby cart to go anywhere in the property anytime, best staff and room service we have had for a while. The only drawback was it is located little far from the city, costly taxi to go outside the resort for food or excursions, lots of restaurants options but the food expenses were little high. If you can get an affordable deal, especially during the off season, this can be a lifetime experience.

Had a great time with kids and family for a 4 night stay at Jungala hotel in Vidanta world. Amazing and friendly staff, showed so much of warmth. They even surprised my son celebrating his birthday with balloons and small cake. so sweet :)

We stayed at a one bedroom suite and it is an incredible value. There is a lot to see and do right inside the hotel grounds: Lush jungle, wild animals, fitness/spa, countless swimming pools, the beach, … Food is a little expensive by local standards, but all the restaurants are in beautiful surroundings like out of a movie set. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jungalas suite was a very comfortable space for a family of 5… the layout is very convenient and cozy.. so many pools to choose from. Concierge was so attentive and kind just amazing. Walk way is confusing but I loved getting lost because it’s a beautiful walking path and honestly there are so many stops for the golf carts to pick you up and take you to were you need to go so your not lost and on your own always an employee ready to help. We were there for 5 nights and of course we will be returning.

Beautiful resort. My only complaint is that food is over priced. Small portions for what you are paying for. Room service was excellent always had our room clean. Jungala lobby representatives were awesome they help us since day one. We stayed 6 nights.

Staff perfect, super clean, but very expensive, and the shuttles are very annoying. That’s my only complaint, be ready to spend around 2000 usd, we are a family of 5, you have to pay for everything. Havana moon restaurant, do not ask for yuca because it’s hard and masa’s de cerdo, are very tiny.it is not worth it at all. Jungala was were he stayed, be ready to pay for the water park 1500 and some restaurants are not open everyday and you have to reserve them.

Beautiful property. Very friendly and abundant staff. Jose at Jungala Hotel catered to our every need. He was the most attentive concierge we have ever had. Food was excellent. Lots of choices. The only negative was price of meals and goods (sunscreen was more than $45!!)
