This luxurious apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. It has one of the best locations since it is a few meters from the sea and two blocks from Fifth Avenue.

The building offer many amenities such as rooftop with pool and ocean view, reception, gym, parking and 24-hour security. As for the apartment, it has an incredible and modern decoration. Likewise, natural lighting is perfect as well as ventilation.

If we refer to the areas of the apartment, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people, a living room with a sofa and television, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
