"The hotel and the garden are beautiful. We couldn't use the pool,we were there in November. The hallway was beautiful decorated. "

"Stayed for 8 nights with two friends. The reception staff were very welcoming speaking both Spanish and English. The room was a good size for 3 people and the beds comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The water from the shower did seem to get onto the bathroom floor somehow but this is a minor gripe. The fridge and air conditioning in the room both worked and there is also tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a TV in the room with a number of Spanish speaking channels. There is a good size pool which is treated with salt rather than chlorine which is a bonus. Plenty of sunbeds and a good sized seating area. Drinks and food can be ordered from the bar. There is also a restaurant however I am unable to comment on the food as we ate out every day. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and buses are available directly outside the hotel. The town centre is also walkable however it is along a busy road. This is my second stay at Hotel Alboran and I would highly recommend it. "

"It was a lovely trip and best hotel in the area that you can visit, all the staff spoke English and we had an amazingly time there. Worth visit!"

"The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The pool area is outstanding as is the outside kitchen area.There is no air conditioning unfortunately, one of the upstairs bedrooms has no storage at all for clothes and there was a nasty drain smell when the upstairs bathroom was used. However, this did not spoil our stay and would definitely stay there again (air conditioning would be a huge benefit)"

"The front desk staff were super nice. The hotel was clean and modern. The area around the hotel is interesting. It’s full of what appear to be wholesale businesses selling stuff from the container ships. There were a lot of interesting places to eat, mostly chain restaurants, but interesting ones we’d never been to before."
