True Beachfront Stay in Luquillo, Hear the Waves – Steps to Food & Fun
The home/compound was incredibly beautiful. It provided every need we had that was family friendly. The view was amazing and so relaxing. The location was just around the corner from a strip of shops/restaurants/ bars and beach. We would love to reserve this home again!

El Conquistador Resort
Check-in was a nightmare- took almost 45 minutes because I had reserved 2 rooms on Expedia, but the resort only had 1 room under my name. Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
I was charged a bogus smoking fee that was eventually removed only after escalating the matter up to the CEO. I spent a considerable amount of my vacation disputing this scam of a fee. I also had two incidents of staff going out of their way to be intentionally rude.

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
The hotel is darky, dingy and smells horrible. Needs to completely be redone. The staff is aware and has stopped caring. It’s awful and definitely not worth the price tag.
