"Everything was perfect - literally! The hot water was never an issue and the rooms cooled surprisingly well. The pictures were accurate. The curated art spoke to the home’s charm. The staff was exceptional and the hosts were timely in their response each time I needed clarification or to provide an update. Going to the supermarket with Tania was an experience. We felt so safe with the security provided and the grounds were well tended to. The views were breathtaking! The massage was so good that we asked her to come back the next day. "I had a great time good food and drinks but some drinks were too sweet at the bar I really enjoyed the natural fruit drink in the morning breakfast was my favorite very refreshing and delicious great staff amenities the bed is big clean and comfortable the only issue no white clean towels for 2 days in a row after the house keeper cleaned it. The resorts room need to be updated with updated furniture and also the lobby bathroom. "

"The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the waiters, and especially the bar staff. The entertainment was excellent; the girl who organized the karaoke had great charisma and energy. The weather was on our side, with sunny days throughout our stay. The food at the Blue Lagoon restaurant was delicious . we absolutely loved it. The entire resort staff is humble, respectful, and very kind. Recommendations: • I didn’t really like the “guagua” shuttle; I think a large golf cart would look better and feel more comfortable. • At the bars, drinks were often served in plastic cups, which takes away from the presentation. However, at the beach they used nicer cups, and we were able to take great photos there."
