"Great Stay, One Letdown We had a really great stay at Coral Blue. The food was good, the staff was on point, and honestly everyone we interacted with was friendly, smiling, and willing to help. Overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing that was disappointing was the included kayaking and snorkeling. Those activities were part of our package, but whenever we asked about them, we were told to check with the lifeguard. When we did, we were told the activities weren’t available because the waves were too strong. I completely understand that safety comes first, but it was a little frustrating because the hotel is directly exposed to the open ocean, so strong waves seem like something that could potentially be anticipated when offering those activities as part of a package. It would have been nice to have clearer communication about when those activities would actually be available. Other than that, we had a great experience. The staff, food, service, and overall stay were all excellent. That was really the only takeaway that kept the experience from being perfect."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location is very nice. Pool was very nice and we enjoyed spending time outside. Very close to all stores and la crucecita. The property needs maintenance, specially bathrooms and kitchen. Patio furniture and other areas of the home need updates. It was nice to get a cleaning during our stay. Very nice lady."

"Súper cerca de la playa. El personal muy amable. Ellos te ayudan a llamar a los taxis si lo necesitas. La habitaci ón encantadora. El aire acondicionado realmente ayuda a mitigar el intenso calor. La alberca muy limpia y grande. Definitivamente cada que vaya a Huatulco me voy a hospedar aquí."
