"Not on the beach: you walk 100 yards of dirt road to Playa Marsella (not a very good beach but good sunset) Room stripped down basic: mattresses have no box spring. One thin sheet on each bed in diff colors: they were like someone's old sheets. We had only 1'x1/2' window could be opened. AC lost a knob. "The phone number does not work or they never answered, when I got there the gate was closed, I called the phone number several times and no one answered, a neighbor girl was kind enough to call Don Mario who is the manager or owner, but he was more interested in listening to his music then to open the gate for us, we were there waiting in the rain for about 1/2hour, Trying to get his attention. "The location is good. Nice ocean view. The staff is friendly. The food is not great. Room cleanliness was not great either. The water pressure was very weak. Also there’s a pretty strong sewer smell. The we were there 2 nights and the electricity was out 3 times for an hr or 2. "
