"A well maintained old hotel in a nice and quiet location, with good access to the coastal nature trails. Decent breakfast options, without anything extraordinary. staff was extremely polite, but organization was sub-par - we tried to get extra coffee pods for three days, calling reception or just waiting for housekeeping to replace them, none of it worked. The omelet station also was a major chokepoint during breakfast with many disappointed faces around it. In general, I wouldn't say value for money is amazing."

"Nice villa but the electricity shut off every two or three hours. It became rally annoying as things like the dishwasher didn't work when we left in the morning and none of our phones charged overnight, and you had to wander round in the dark to go and flick the switch back on etc. We were only there fore a few days and had already called maintenance out to fix issues with electric blinds so we didn't bother calling them again as we were there to play golf and couldn't hang around waiting for a maintenance guy. Villa was decent enough and bits were really good but others were a little tired and could do with some attention. The lack of a reliable electricity supply and wifi that only worked if you were in the main lounge near the router isn't really good enough for the money."

"This villa is absolutely beautiful. We did a short stay as a group of tennis players attending coaching at the Racquets Club…it was brilliant, there is nothing the villa doesn’t have and as a large group every bedroom being en-suite is ideal. The owner, Melissa, was so helpful. Can’t recommend this villa enough. "

"The villa was awful and the owner denied any of the issues that we had, I will list some below;Outside balcony door broken so we could not safely lock the villaNo hot water for a week due to boiler issuesAll of the bathrooms were very very dated, 1 had such a bad smell it was unusable, dirty showers, it was not a cleaning issue it was mouldy, dirty shower screens and surroundsBroken sofaFilthy kettle and toaster, pictures below, I had to buy a new kettleLights not working in most of the bedroomsExposed wiring in multiple places which was a real concern for the young childrenNo sky tv as advertised, the tv was 20 years oldThe bbq was filthy dirty, rusty and unusable, pictures belowThe loungers on the roof were fithy pictures belowThe beds were so uncomfortable The towels were thin and grey, we had to buy our own as they were horribleThe whole villa was so dated and the owner denied every issue that we raised but the pictures below prove what I am saying.Some family members stayed in villas a couple of doors away and they were so nice, clean, modern and with no issues.Again I will say even though I communicated with the owner multiple times while we were in the villa nothing was done, in fact she said there had been no complaints all summer, that is beyond belief.I have many more pictures but there is a limit on what I can post, dont be fobbed off by the owner this is not a good villa and all they do is make excuses for the issues."

"Apparently a ‘confirmed booking’ here means a six-hour trip just to be told ‘we don’t take one-nighters’—how thoughtful. Avoid – Unprofessional and Unreliable I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to help, and zero regard for the inconvenience caused. This is not how a professional company should treat guests."
