Loved our stay
Eva’s house was perfect for our vacation, the place was clean and plenty big for our group of 7. The house is located in a safe gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. And the host was also really friendly, and quick to respond our messages. Would definitely stay there again.

I don’t recommend
First off all when we arrived it the house was was freezing cold , we turned on the heaters but they were not enough & at the first night our kids catch a cold ;( secend the electricity went out numerous times & was very frustrating;( also the sheets & blankets were so dirty that u could smell the dirt & at the end the owner was trying to chsrch us extra for something nonsense… so overall we didn’t v a good experience & I do not recommend this place to anyone .

Second time staying in this AMAZING Home!!
Let me just start by saying this was our second time booking this home, we absolutely love the home! Its spacious, safe and clean! You will have everything you need to entertain your family, the beach is literally walking distance. Eva response quick and check in is super easy. We are definitely going to book again.

Amazing spot!
We absolutely loved this place. The house was perfect for 10 guests (except there is not a bunk bed like the photos, but that wasn’t a problem). The gate security was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back! Very safe and peaceful community close to some amazing restaurants too.

The family and I were very happy with the rental. The pictures don't do it justice. The home very spacious for our group of 10. 3 bathroom for our group was a plus. The roof top patio with furniture and awesome view of the ocean. The home very nicely decorated. We will recommend Eva Morrison home to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located whiting walking distance to the private beach, nice and quiet gated community. House has access to the roof where the bbq grill is located and one can also enjoyed the stunning sunset. Eva was very helpful with the accommodations. Wll recommen this property to any one one who is looking to stay at this location.

This place was great ! Eva is a great host.. only thing from the pictures, we were expecting the bunk beds for the 2 adult single males we took... Good thing they were brothers , cause there was no bunk bed... The community is the best, the beach walk is about 5 min with lots of steps, i enjoyed it, maybe not so much the elderly , but all in all a wonderful amazing place !!!

House is located in a gated community, felt safe and comfortable. Security patrolled at night, Eva was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. Walk to the beach was no more then 5 mins and a Good exercise up and down stairs. House was clean, kitchen appliances and equipment was high quality, made coming a breeze! Rooms were wonderful great for our family and the couples. Will definitely be coming again soon!

Our family stayed 3 days at this house and had the best family vacation. The house is amazing. The rooftop has spectacular views and you can walk right down to the beach which is not crowded at all. Restaurants are a short drive to get local seafood and margaritas.

Amazing summertime weekend (epic sunset view)
Loved the stay in the Campo Lopez area. Communication was excellent with the owners. Gate security was nice and helpful and with their nightly watch through the neighborhood maybe us feel safe. Pantry was stocked with all necessities (spices,cup,plates) plenty of room for Adults to eat and hangout. Rooftop was the highlight of the house, epic sunsets views! Overall had a great time

Great Getaway for Families!
Wonderful experience with Eva and her beautiful house just south of Puerto Nuevo. House is clean, spacious and includes everything you need for your stay. Rooftop patio is awesome! Kids loved hanging out up there and although we didn’t use it, patio includes built in gas grill which creates a perfect place to have dinner and enjoy the beautiful sunset. A bit further south than where we usually stay but plenty of dining and shopping options close by so you’re never too far from what you need. All in all, we had a very memorable stay and Eva was responsive to our every need. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Eva!

Family Celebration
After several researches on VRBO for the right location, size & price this home was the perfect one for our family. The décor was gorgeous, the rooms very clean brand new towels, pillow's and comforters, plenty of kitchen necessities. The view, security, very impressive. Very nice area to sit outside either in the community area above the Ocean, or the roof top of the home. Ocean sounds remarkable, even while you sleep if you if you leave the window open. Very private, 24 hour security even walks the property, very safe and polite. Host was always quick to reply via text to answer any questions. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much Eva !

Picture Perfect Views
The home it’s so spacious pictures do not do it justice, Aside from being beautiful and cozy the home is equipped with everything you need my children enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I enjoyed the rooftop views . Great Family getaway. Less than a 15 minute drive to Puerto Nuevo where we were able to spend a day to shop and eat. Eva was available when I had questions check in was very easy the place was super clean we will definitely be coming back soon!

The whole experience was awsome! Only 10 min drive up too Puerto Nuevo makes it perfect to due shopping, but far enough from the partying and noise. This property is in a secure location with gaurds watching property. Very big house you won't be disappointed!

Unfortunately, our stay here got cut short due to some problems created by a large storm. The owners were very responsive and concerned for us. The house is gorgeous inside and well appointed. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Awesome spot for holiday getaway!
The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The walk to the beach is paved with good stairs down to a wide sandy beach with a fun surf break. Overall, our group of 10 had an awesome 4 day weekend here!

Very beautiful property.
Very beautiful property. Only downside was the address on listing was wrong. I contacted the property owner. Then She sent me a different one but was also wrong and it took us 1.5 hours one way. She after sent me a different address which took us back 1.5 hours again but was the correct one. After driving around we finally found the property. Bad experience to find it but Everything was good after that.

Beautiful View and House
Me and 9 friends/family stayed here for the weekend. The house and view was beautiful. We were taken away by the beautiful 2nd story view and the roof top view. Would definitely consider staying here again if I'm visiting with a big group. The location is about a 25 minute drive South of Rosarito, but the security at the front was more than helpful calling us a large taxi that fit the 10 of us.
