"We stayed at this hotel for one night this past weekend and had a nice, decent stay. The location was very convenient for us, and being right across the street from the beach was a plus. The staff was nice, and we appreciated being able to park in the garage underneath the hotel. We did stay during a really hot weekend, so I was happy that the AC in our room worked great and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestions would be brighter lighting in the rooms and AC in the hallways and elevator, since those areas did get pretty warm. Other than that, everything was fine for our one-night stay. It was comfortable, convenient, and I would definitely stay here again."

"This was perhaps my 5th or so time staying at the Grand Hotel. I highly recommend this property to friends and strangers often. The property is very comfortable and well appointed. The staff are amazing! There are servers in the Cafe that recognize me from my previous visits, even though the last time I was visited was 2 years ago! Check in is always fast and friendly. The bartenders and service staff are attentive and professional. The neighborhood is safe and it easy to get a taxi or Uber. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the area."
