"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Coffee was available downstairs but when I asked if I could have a coffee I was told no, that I needed to be preregistered and have paid for an entire...
