"The hotel was gorgeous - timeless, classy and well appointed. The only disappointment was at the speak easy where I ordered a cocktail and was brought a Taro card. As a Christ follower - it was offensive to me. I asked the waiter to take it back. "

"No phone in the room. No small fridge. No iron or iron board. Ac was not cooling. First night was no water to shower etc and we weren't informed. I wrote to whatsapp number for hotel and never recieved a response. I wrote online recieved a response 1 and a half day after saying they will onform front desk to reimburse something from our first night due to no water. To date i haven't recieved any response and thats been since 23 Jan 2026. What we paid was def not worth it. "
