"This property is very well located adjacent to Plaza Constitution. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Bathroom was spacious. Room was quiet and very clean. They are eco-friendly and reduce their use of plastics. "

"I can't express enough how lovely the hotel and the staff were. We spent a night away to recover from the hustle and bustle of the holidays, and I can honestly say I will be going back. The valet, the receptionists, and the left-luggage attendant were all beyond reproach and made us feel so welcomed and at ease. The room and reception areas were clean and beautifully decorated. The only area where a slight failing occurred was the room service, where a vegetable pasta sauce was ordered and it came with a Bolognese. This probably wouldn't have happened if we had ordered over the phone, but the online method doesn't allow for the choice between the options provided except in the notes (which I suppose were not read). A minor matter, but perhaps more of a problem should there be vegetarians. It did not diminish my appreciation in this hotel one bit! There is also an interesting underground passage showcasing the old city wall, and there was a small art exhibition in the lounge area at the opposite side of the internal courtyard. Luxury and culture combined to great effect. "
