We encountered some issues upon arrival regarding our "made in advance" reservation that wasn't recorded on their end. Hence, we didn't get the room we ordered. Our first night was unpleasant at best.(bed springs bulging out the sides of the bed, rusty water coming out of the shower/tub for 30 seconds before it ran clear, toilet in need of repair, etc. In other words, we were given the "last resort" room). After a firm, but professional discussion with Management the next morning, they agreed to move us to a better room (although we were given 10 minutes - literally - to pack up and relocate). Still had toilet issues and bed issues with the new room, but when the entire is sold out of hotel rooms - you pretty much suck it up and just endure it.
