This cottage designed to accommodate 11 people is ideal for spending your stays with family or friends in a quiet and relaxing setting.<br><br>This recently renovated stone building where you can appreciate the simple, modern comfort and its warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation. You can rest in this accommodation with a large garden.<br><br>Sensitive to energy sobriety, we have installed presence detectors and room thermostats.<br><br>Description <br>House comprising:<br>• Ground floor: 25 m² equipped kitchen (freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, .....), dining room of 40 m², 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 baby bed, bathroom and sanitary facilities (separate toilet).<br>- Baby equipment: wooden cot and high chair<br>- Interior equipment: TV, WI-FI, video projector, washing machine<br>• Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom and sanitary facilities.<br>• Outside: large garden, enclosed courtyard, private parking<br>- Outdoor equipment: picnic tables, garden furniture, parasols.<br><br>Activities:<br>You will be able to discover the legendary sites of Brocéliande (the Golden Tree, the Fountain of Barenton, the Tomb of Merlin, the Fountain of Youth, the Castle of Trecesson, the castle of Comper.... without forgetting the detour to the Gate of Secrets).
