What an amazing house!

We loved this house, it is so beautifully done, everything is well thought through and there for your comfort. The pool is fantastic and the cover was great on the one day we had rain. The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to relax, but there is also the sauna and hot tub if the weather isn’t kind. Thank you for a fab stay!

Nice house with everything to feel good.

The house was just what it looked in the pictures. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The teenage girls especially liked the pool, the heating was good, because the weather was not so warm as expected in summer. It was calm. The owners were very friendly.

Perfektes Haus zum Entspannen und in bester Lage

Wir konnten das Haus ohne Termindruck über einen Schlüsselsafe übernehmen. Zu Beginn hatten wir ein Problem mit unserem Auto. Sehr hilfsbereite Nachbarndie Möglichkeit, den Stress jederzeit im Wellnessbereich des Hauses loszubekommen, haben uns sehr geholfen. Auch bei den Vermietern hätten wir uns jederzeit melden können. Jedes Zimmer hat Einbauschränke, in denen man alles unterbringt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequemwaren bei unserer Ankunft frisch bezogen. Der Garten ist von den Nachbarhäusern aus zwar einsehbar, man fühlt sich aber nicht beobachtet. Er ist schönmit bedacht angelegtinzwischen von einem dichten Zaun umgeben. Die Pflanzen sind gut gewachsen. Zwei Bäumchen wurden so gepflanzt, dass man mit den Liegestühlen Schatten findet. Durch das Schiebedach ist der Pool auch bei kälterem Wetter schön warm. Im Lounge-Bereich sitzt man bequem - hier hat uns manchmal eine Möglichkeiten zum Schatten spenden gefehlt. Das Haus liegt ideal: 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker, 15 an den Plage des Nouëlles. Die Tide ist sehr hoch - bei Ebbe kann man hier unheimlich gut Muscheln sammeln. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im großen Supermarkt mit Tankstelle, in ca 1 Stunde in Saint-Malo Ploumanac'h. Danke an Laurent&Sophie für das Willkommens-Geschenkdafür, dass Sie immer erreichbar sind!Wir haben unser Herz an die Bretagne verloren und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. À une autre fois... Au revoir!

Neu, sauber ,gut eingerichtet bis auf das obere Bad - Handtuchheizung direkt neben der Toilette. Wellness Objekte schön. Garten sehr schön angelegt. Gute Küchenausstattung.

En tous points conforme à la description. Villa haut de gamme et parfaitement équipée. Seul regret, ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine, mais la période ne s'y prêtait pas.

Tolles Haus, allerdings ist die Lage in einem Neubaugebiet zwar ok aber eben auch nicht besonders toll. Ansonsten super eingerichtet, toller Pool und sehr ruhig. Und hat es gut gefallen.

De loin la plus belle maison dans laquelle nous ayons jamais séjourné. Superbement équipée, rien n'a manqué. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont super et la maison est très calme. Nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi. Des hôtes très gentils ! Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise, il n'y a rien à améliorer. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute l'année prochaine.

Séjour de rêve!!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Sophie et Laurent. On les remercie encore pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons séjourné dans une maison de rêve avec un effet waaouh dès qu'on pousse la porte de l'entrée: intérieur moderne, soigné, décoré avec goût, spacieux, lumineux et surtout très confortable. Extérieur magnifique avec jardin paysager, terrasse ombragée et une très belle piscine qui peut être recouverte en cas de mauvais temps. Des prestations haut de gamme comme le jacuzzi, sauna, plancha.......bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de très belles vacances et de bons moments en famille. Environnement calme, reposant et proche de toutes commodités. Emplacement idéal pour visiter St Brieuc, Binic, Paimpol.....et ses nombreuses plages. On recommande vivement cette adresse pour vos futurs vacances en Bretagne. Nous on a qu'une seule envie...y revenir!

Vacances de rêve ! Nous avons passé deux semaines fabuleuses à la villa Coccolithes de Sophie et Laurent. C'est une villa neuve, moderne, claire et lumineuse où chaque élément de décoration est pensé avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Elle est très confortable, bien conçue et bien équipée afin que nos vacances se déroulent le mieux possible. Les grandes baies vitrées lui confèrent une impression " dedans-dehors " des plus appréciables et que ce soit à l'intérieur ou dans ce très beau jardin zen ( on a adoré ! ) l'atmosphère est à la sérénité et à la détente. Propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, piscine bien chauffée, jacuzzi top, et en bonus le sauna. Sophie et Laurent sont adorables et nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de sympathiques attentions de bienvenue. Leur organisation est à souligner car nous avons reçu en amont de notre arrivée des informations très utiles concernant la villa et sur place nous avons eu à notre disposition tout un book sur la région, les activités, les lieux à visiter etc...+ les diverses plaquettes de bonnes adresses et de beaux endroits. La région est magnifique, mention spéciale pour la vallée du Goedic et le parc zoologique de Tregomeur, une vraie belle découverte à la fois animale et végétale. Un grand merci, Sophie et Laurent, pour tout, nous vous souhaitons le meilleur et un bel avenir à Coccolithes ! J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir...

De vraies vacances

Une maison bien pensée, joliment décorée, très bien équipée où il fait bon passer une semaine. Journées bien remplies grâce aux balades à proximité puis détente dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et/ou le sauna. Bref, de vraies belles vacances, le beau temps en prime.

Maison très agréable

Hôtes disponibles et réactifs mais non intrusifs. Vous ne les verrez que si vous les contacter. Villa destinée uniquement à la location. Pratique, confortable et propre (attention à ne pas heurter la baie vitrée en croyant qu’elle est ouverte…😅). Très belle plage des rosaires à quelques minutes en voiture.

Sublime séjour familiale

La maison est très propre, très bien agencée , l’accueil de l’hôte est irréprochable très à l’écoute et disponible en amont de notre venue pendant et après. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour le nombre que nous étions. Le salon séjour très spacieux, les équipements de dehors sont somptueux. Le bien est à 4 minutes en voitures des commodités et du centre ville. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

LA ZENITUDE

Villa super agréable à vivre, il faudrait être difficile, Tout est à votre disposition, piscine, jacuzzi et sauna que du bonheur pour passer un bon long week-end entre amis. Avec une super déco à tomber par terre, a s’y sentir juste «Super bien » et le temps était avec nous. Endroit très calme. Ns avons avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle région.
