"Very nice place with nice atmosphere! But! Beware that the reception is not staffed and if you arrive late you will not get in because the gate is locked. I was very lucky and the guard saw me. No one answers the phone in the evening or the intercom. In addition, you don't live in the castle itself, but in an Amex on the side. Quite far outside."

"The clerk was very nice but the room did not resemble the pics seen on Expedia-the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Bedding and furniture appeared old. Ended up canceling the reservation immediately after seeing the inside."

"Líbí se mi hotel, který ukazuje svou historii a historii města. Krásný zámecký styl dodává tomuto hotelu na romantice. V srdci města Kalisz, umístěný mezi historickými uličkami, překvapí i tradiční restaurací, kde výborně vaří. Měl jsem pečené žebra, které byly znamenité. Interiér je moc hezký a i vkusně zařízený. Jde vidět, že se majitelé o hotel velmi dobře starají. Personál je jak na recepci, tak i v restauraci velmi přívětivý a profesionální. Jediné, co bych snad mohl vytknout jsou polštáře, na můj vkus byly tužší. Snídaně byly skvělé, obrovský výběr, krásný servis."
