Renovated gite, with own entrance, forming a group with the house of the owners and another gite. Own terrace and garden of 50 sq m and 225 sq m. Situated 5 km from beache and 800 m from the centre of the village. Ground floor : living room-lounge (fireplace) and kitchen area, shower room and toilet. First floor : 2 bedrooms (1 dble bed 160 x 200 and 2 sgle beds 80x200). Toilet. Comfortable gite situated 20 km from Paimpol, 15 km from Tréguier and 35 km from Perros-Guirec. This cottage is ideal for a relaxing holiday near the sea!

Excellent séjour.

Beaucoup de conseils de la propriétaire pour des balades autour de la maison, situé près du bourg de pleubian. Et plein de belles choses à visiter autour.
