Charming house (18th century) in a fishermen's hamlet by the Rance River

This property is located in a small fishermen's hamlet next to the Rance Maritime, in a protected site.
It has a large South oriented garden, with a rose garden as well as 2 shaded gardens. Large shaded areas.
The house, made of local stones and built during the 18th century was fully renovated.

Facing South - nice decoration- 2 floors:
Ground floor: Large living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/ WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom/ WC.

All mod cons: Fireplace insert, washing machine, a tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 3 televisions (1 in each bedroom) and video player, and 3 DVD players, fax, telephone (Internet connection available in the television lounge), garden furniture, sun beds, folding chairs, barbecue, etc.

For private use: Cellar, garage, car park, yard and garden (1400 sqm)

emplacement parfait entre les terres, les meandres de la Rance et la mer. la maison est tres confortable et vaste. Le jardin et la terrasse vaste avec une exposition de rêve et avec des endroits ombragés grâce aux arbres. Nos animaux (1 chien et 1 chat) s'y sont plûs.

Die Beschreibung des Objektes passt, daher nur in Kürze, was aus unserer Sicht hervorgehoben werden sollte: - reichlich Platz auf beiden Geschossen - sehr einfache Ausstattung - Küche alles da aber ziemlich alt; Spülmaschine untauglich, müsste dringend erneuert werden - im Erdgeschoss recht dunkel und muffig (nur Fenster auf Südseite); noch verstärkt durch Pergola

Très beau gîte
L’accueil est top. Le gîte est très propre et entretenu. La cour est pleine de charme et le terrain est bien clôturé. L’intérieur est très bien avec 3 grandes chambres. Le seul bémol à l’intérieur c’est la luminosité du salon mais on n’y passe pas beaucoup de temps. Gîte au bout de l’impasse à proximité du voisinage.

Maison proche des sites touristiques mais très au calme
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison, dans un coin très calme et à proximité de nombreux sites à découvrir dans ce coin de Bretagne. Propriétaire très gentille, et agréable.

Calme et très beau jardin
La maison est située dans une impasse très calme et joliment fleurie. Un beau jardin planté d'arbres fruitiers est à disposition. Pas de vis à vis. La maison est correctement équipée, ainsi que la cuisine. Bonne literie. Cependant, la pièce à vivre est très sombre, en raison d'une pergola fixée devant celle-ci, sur la terrasse. Le carrelage assez foncé et les éléments de cuisine de style rustique n'arrangent rien à la luminosité. C'est dommage car cette pièce est grande et la cuisine ouverte donne un côté convivial. Etant donné que les jours de plein soleil ne sont pas aussi nombreux que les jours de gris, il me semble que la présence de cette pergola n'est pas audacieuse. Nous avons rencontré un problème de propreté du rez-de-chaussée de la maison, ainsi que du jardin (poils de chien, etc...) mais selon Mme la propriétaire, c'est un problème isolé qui se présentait pour la première fois. Les proches de Mme la propriétaire qui nous ont reçu pour l'arrivée et le départ se sont montrés sympathiques.

Maison très agréable
On se sent bien dans cette maison ! Nichée dans un écrin de verdure au pied de la Rance, cette propriété est idéalement située et propice au dépaysement.

Fijn huis op een mooie plek
We vonden dit een comfortabel huis op een centrale plek. De woonkamer is wat donker maar de slaapkamers zijn ruim en licht. Een prima terras met veel privacy. Het huis was netjes schoon toen we aankwamen. Vanuit het huis is de kust met de auto makkelijk te bereiken (Dinard, Saint Malo ed) en ook Mont Saint Michel is goed te doen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, maar Engels spreken is lastig.
