The house is located on the Côte de Granit Rose, near small picturesque beaches, walks on the coast and the surf-spot of Goas Trez. The GR 34 is nearby and a marked circuit goes to the bottom of the garden.
You can walk to the small sandy beach at 150m.
The house of 115 m² is a main residence offered for rent during the absence of the owners.
