  • Are you looking for peace and quiet while being close to the tourist sites to visit? <br>This 3-star labelled house is made for you!<br><br>Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the Rance (1 km), 7 km from the sea, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Dinan. <br><br>Semi-detached, it has at the back a beautiful garden of about 450m2 with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. At the front you will also find a terrace area with table for dining.<br><br>The house includes on the ground floor a living room with TV, sofa bed (very good bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area with oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker...<br>Upstairs you will find a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, toilet and 2 bedrooms that can each accommodate 2 people; the first bedroom with 1 double bed and the second with a bunk bed.<br><br>Magnificent hiking trails are nearby, you can walk along the paths to the beach of Garel on the banks of the Rance. Superb walk!<br><br>Our animal friends are not accepted<br><br>In order to respect the calm of the area and the area, noisy parties and parties are prohibited, so if you plan to make noise (loud music,..) please do not book this cottage.

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne, entspannte und ruhige Woche im Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden und Muriel ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch gerne mit Tipps (Einkaufen, Attraktionen in der Umgebung etc.) aushilft. Alles war rundherum gelungen - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ruhe und tolle Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat einen tollen Garten zum Grillen oder zum Spielen für Kinder. Wir waren begeistert! Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattet.

Great quiet place with garden

Very nice place that looks old on the outside but is top modern inside. We found it a great basis for excurisons around the area around Rance, Dinan, minihic, Dinard st malo etc. Super friendly hostess!

Une maison sympathique est agréable pour ce séjour au mois de février. Idéalement placée. Proche de St Malo, Dinard et Dinan facilement accessibles. Location sûrement très agréable en été avec un jardin sans vis à vis.
