  • Diese tolle Wohnung im Plochinger Neubaugebiet bietet reichhaltig Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste. Vollausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder mit jeweils Toilette und Dusche, Ess- und Wohnbereich bieten alles, was für die zweite Heimat gewünscht ist. Ein Stellplatz direkt an der Wohnung kann auch für einen Lieferwagen verwendet werden. Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr komplett neu renoviert.
    Zum Haus gehört ein Garten, welcher ebenfalls genutzt werden kann.

Spacious holiday home

Booking the accomodation was good getting access to the property with the key in the keybox was easy. Therefore: in general we were satisfied. Unfortunately we also found an uninvited guest in the dishwasher (cockroach). How do you prevent soethig like that? Probably not that easy, because the property is not constantly occupied. However, in general the property was clean and well provided with towels. One last remark: the first time I entered one of the showers, I found the floor rather slippery. I am an elderly person and I don't want to fall down. A simple anti-skid mat would do the trick.

Viel Potential, leider einige Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung war für unseren Aufenthalt eigentlich sehr gut geeignet. Leider war die Küche eher schlecht ausgestattet und nicht sauber. Die Ablagen im Bad sind spitze, dafür gibt es leider keine Haken. Die Räume sind groß, was für uns super war, allerdings kann man nur kleine Fenster ganz oben aufmachen, an die kleine Personen nicht ran kommen. Handtücher waren genug da, auch Bettwäsche gibt es. Alles in allem wäre sie super, wir würden trotzdem vermutlich nicht nochmal buchen.

Ex-Gewerberäume als günstige Ferienwohnung

Von der Straße gesehen war die Wohnung einst ein Geschäft gewesen. Aber die Lage ist still, die Fenster nahezu blickdicht, zusätzlich dicke Vorhänge. Waschmaschine war vorhanden (leider kein Trockner, nur Wäscheständer), die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bot viel Platz - drei Schlafzimmer zu je zwei Betten plus zwei weitere Betten im Wohnzimmer. Leider waren die Matratzen zu dünn und durchgelegen und auch die Bettdecken zu dünn. Das will der Vermieter ändern - hat er zumindest angekündigt, nachdem wir ihn beim Auszug darüber informiert hatten.
