- Lannénec Pond: The largest body of water in Morbihan, surrounded by greenery and designated as a Natura 2000 site. You can enjoy a peaceful walk along the marked trail circling the pond, close to the sea.

- Hiking: Many hikes start right near the property or just a short drive away, offering diverse landscapes and environments: a path winding along the Laïta River, the wild coastal trail (GR34) from Guidel to Larmor Plage, walks in the Clohars-Carnoët forest, excursions around the Étang du Ter, and more.
