Great comfy place with amazing view

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment that easily houses 6 people. The large balcony was our favourite place for our meals and probably offers the best view over Pèrello beach that you will find. Safe parking in the yard and two garages including kayak etc and offering space for your bikes, should you bring any (recommended). 10 min walking distance from Lomener port with its shops and restaurants. Very nice owners offering a great introduction to the place and who are accessible in case of need. We will be back!

A real find, wonderful apartment overlooking a perfect bay.

The family were very welcoming and responded to correspondence promptly. It really is a perfect apartment with all necessary amenities for your stay. It overlooks a perfect little bay which is quiet and secluded but only a ten minute walk along a picturesque coastal walk to local amenities including bars, creperies, restaurants, pharmacy, fishmongers, a supermarket and the all important patisserie. We enjoyed the many coastal walks, beeches and a good swim in sea! Highly recommend it for all any group whether families, couples, friends etc.

Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans l’appartement. L’appartement est très spacieux et très joliment décoré. Il dispose d’une merveilleuse terrasse surplombant la plage. Son emplacement est idéal. Les propriétaires sont de superbes hôtes. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Location haut standing avec une vue mer de rêve

Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés. Duplex très spacieux offrant un confort 4*: cuisiner,débarrasser les couverts ou tendre son linge face à l'île de Groix ne rime pas avec "corvées " ! La terrasse est un promontoire de rêverie offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et l île de Groix, la décoration est moderne et épurée donc un hymne à la zénitude! La grande chambre à l étage est un nid douillet dont la vue plage et le chant de la mer font de cette location un havre de paix.Duplex idéalement situé:donnant sur une belle plage "crique " familiale, bien entretenue et surveillée, départ direct à pieds pour des promenades de la côte sauvage Lorientaise préservée;les commerces sont à 3 min en voiture ( sinon la promenade du matin pour le pain et langoustines est très agréable); à 10 min en voiture des plages magnifiques de Guidel, à 5 min du Casino de Larmor plage , à 3 min du port de Lomener pour un départ sur l'île de Groix , à 3 min de kerroch pour le début de la voie verte qui longe la côte sur 20 km! Donc des purs plaisirs de marche, vélo, course à pieds et enfin à 50 min de Quiberon pour un Cap sur Belle île ! Venez jeter l ancre aux pieds de ce duplex en famille, en couple , entre amis pour jouir de la beauté d' une partie de la côte Morbihannaise

Calme, confort, luxe, vue imprenable

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce très joli appartement, refait à neuf et décoré avec goût. Tout est parfait, lits faits à l'arrivée, un logement d'une grande propreté (je suis pourtant très exigeante) . Il y a une grande terrasse où nous pouvons manger, un petit canapé d'extérieur une chaise longue, un siège balançoire un hamac : tout cela tient sur la terrasse. La cuisine est bien équipée : grand réfrigérateur, four, micro onde .... Depuis la pièce principale nous avons une vue magnifique sur l'anse de Perello. Nous avions apporté les vélos et nous avons tout fait avec. Il y a un garage pour les stocker. Le canoë gentiment mis à notre disposition a bien occupé mon mari et mes enfants. Une grande chambre à l'étage a permis à ma fille de 19 ans de s'isoler pour travailler, il y a un grand bureau. Que dire de plus, nous étions tellement bien que nous n'avons pas eu le courage de visiter les environs. Et en plus nous avons eu très beau temps. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et la qualité du produit qu'il propose, cela montre un grand respect de leurs locataires. Un petit conseil : prenez le ménage car vous aurez du mal à faire si propre. À déconseiller aux familles avec des enfants brise-tout car c'est vraiment très beau, tout est blanc et neuf. Attention pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se déconnecter quelques jours, il n'y a pas de connection iinternet, pour notre part cela a fait du bien à toute la famille. Marie-Christine
