Family home in the heart of the village La Torche

Our house is located in the heart of the village of Plomeur, 4 km from the Pointe de La Torche close to all shops and the beautiful local church. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor with integrated shower room and a separate toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as the other 2 bathrooms, one of which is in a bedroom. You will find storage space for your belongings in each room. A separate toilet is also on the 1st floor. The house is very bright as it benefits from south-facing openings in all the rooms, including 3 large bay windows in the main room on the ground floor, overlooking the terrace and the garden with trees and walls. You will enjoy having breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace out of sight. You can enjoy the outdoor furniture. Electric shutters and thick curtains are installed in the house, perfect for a little nap in the shade in the large comfortable sofas. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room in which there is a large stone fireplace with a wood stove and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with many cupboards and very well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, etc...). The entrance as well as the car parking (3 vehicles can park in the garden) is on the north side. You will appreciate the entrance hall with plenty of storage space and a laundry area. The property is fully enclosed and has an electric gate and a gate with intercom. Each room has storage for clothes. You will also find books and board games on site as well as a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table outside. We have a well (non-drinking water) in the garden which can be used to rinse yourself and/or rinse beach and/or surf gear. You can shelter your surf equipment, beach equipment and your bikes in one of our barns that we will leave open for you. Life in this house is on the south side without opposite, although in the heart of the village of Plomeur, so you can appreciate the calm and the ideal location both by its orientation and by its proximity to the Pointe de la Torche and the various surrounding beaches as well as the many shops of the village (supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, takeaway pizza, hairdressers, beauticians, creperies, sushi shop, shoemaker, surf shop, restaurants, bar/tobacconist, post office, town hall, etc...). Nearby on the road to the Torche you will find various restaurants and creperies, as well as a surf shop, a large choice of surf schools and an equestrian centre. You can also go by bike to the beach as well as discover the paths that will lead you to the towns, villages, ports, markets and chapels around. It is a very functional, pleasant and bright house in which we enjoy living with our family all year round. We hope that you will like it as much as we do and that you will enjoy spending your holidays there. Our cat Usher will keep you company during your stay, he is playful, appreciates caresses and cuddles. The necessary to feed him will be on site. He sleeps outside and we advise you to take him out of the house during the night, otherwise he will know how to make you understand by strong meows that he wants to go out.
