Superb villa of 2022 composed of 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate 10 people with indoor swimming pool heated all year round at 29°C. Beaches and shops on foot.

In the heart of the pretty port of Portsall, villa K10 is ideally located.

Close to shops: café, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, electrical terminal, bike rental.

Surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches (the nearest is 300 meters away) there are many water activities: water sports centre, fishing, diving, along the coast, etc...

The GR34 is nearby, ideal for walkers, photographers and thinkers.

The coastline of Ploudalmézeau is made up of rocks, dunes, but above all fine sandy beaches ideal for swimming, fishing on foot, resting...

Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful coastline and an exceptional house with an attentive host. Warm swimming pool suitable for kids and brilliant location near the port and beaches. The views are stunning … plenty to see and do for all.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for 9 people and lovely pool. The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly. The town and local beaches were wonderful and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay with closeness to great nature and sights
We had a fantastic stay at Sylvaine’s. The house is impeccable and the indoor pool is warm and big. Portsall is apretty village with a few restaurants and a bakery. Highly recommend stayibg here especially with smaller children!
