Villa on 2 levels.

Ground floor: a large room of 75m2 very bright life with a built-in kitchen, living room, dining room and TV area. A Spa / Jacuzzi with a shower. The whole giving on a wooden deck.
A room with a bed of 1. 60m and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet with hand washing and a reserve-lingerie.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms: 1 bed of 1.60m and 2 of 1.40m, and 2 of 90 a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Garden, parking (inside: 2 seats, Outside: 2 seats).
Great performance: the living room opens onto a wooden deck surrounding the villa, the exhibition is south facing, with garden furniture under awning and outdoor seating.

Ideally situated on small non busy road 150 m from the beach
and 200m from the port (presence of terrace bars, tobacconist, bakery, restaurants).
At 700m, other shops (supermarket, pharmacy and medical office).

Fantastic family holiday

Family of 5, 2 adults and 3 boys (11, 8 and 4) enjoyed a lovely stay at the property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook home cooked meals. Lounge was comfortable with large TV and wii console. Bedrooms tidy and comfortable, all with TVs. Hot tub was a real favourite and our boys loved going from the pool to the hot tub all day. Plenty to keep the kids occupied, including ping pong, croquet, archery. The projector screen with DVD player was an added bonus and we had a few film nights. The property was 5 minute walk to the port, with bars, cafes and bakery. Also, 5 minute walk to the beach, however we drove 8 minutes away and found loads of large fabulous beaches, almost deserted. Very large supermarket was 10 minute drive. We went to a large theme park 20 minute drive away which was good for all ages. Less than 2 hours from ferry port at Roscoff. Overall a great, clean property in a fabulous location.

Wonderful stay at a very well equipped property with so much to do for the children: table tennis, kayaks, archery, basketball and 3 bikes. In addition, the spa pool and jacuzzi were very popular, going back and forth. Also a sauna, though did not use this as very hot in August!Brilliant location close to beaches which are both beautiful and easy to access. Kayaking off local beach a delight as the sea was so calm. Well equipped with towels, kitchen equipment, good sized fridge and freezer. Lovely areas to eat both inside and outside property.Wifi was great and you can use Netflix on the large smart TV.Erwan was a very friendly host always available to answer any query.

De superbes vacances, que du bonheur

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison très spacieuse et bien équipée où rien ne manquait pour profiter des nombreuses activités aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire disponible et de très bons conseils en cas de besoin. Juste un détail sur l'accessibilité pmr du rdc: Manque des barres de maintien dans la douche et WC, ainsi qu'un passage un peu étroit pour un fauteuil roulant ou rollator dans les toilettes. A part ce petit problème, à réserver sans hésitation.

Parfait à quelques détails près

Conforme à sa description, la villa est très spacieuse, regorge de distractions (BD, jeux de société, ...) et l'on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi, même si quelques détails dus à l'usure sont à améliorer (lave-vaisselle et spa principalement). Idéalement située dans un quartier calme, elle bénéficie d'un accès proche de la mer et du port et la possibilité de garer sa voiture à l'intérieur de l'enceinte sécurisée de la villa est un vrai plus. La piscine chauffée est également un régal. Une mention spéciale pour Erwan qui est à la fois très disponible et réactif et très discret, ce qui en fait un hôte idéal qui règlera nous en sommes sûrs au mieux les quelques détails dont question plus haut. En bref, nous avons vraiment passé d'excellentes vacances. Kenavo Erwan et merci.

Location super équipée

Tous est prêt pour passer un agréable séjour. Fonctionnelle et très très bien équipée la maison et ses équipements vous permettent d'occuper tous le monde, jeunes et moins jeunes. Mr Goyat est très sympathique et vous met à l'aise, et fait tous pour rendre votre séjour le plus cool possible. Je le remercie de sa gentillesse et sa simplicité.

La maison est même mieux que dans la description et que les photos !

Superbe maison où tout est fait pour que la famille s’y plaise ! Outre la qualité des équipements, il y a de quoi faire plaisir à toute la famille et pour toutes les météos …( ping-pong, jeux de société, jeux extérieurs ,cinema, play station, piscine, sauna, jacuzzi …) … proche du port et de la plage. Bref maison de vacance idéale ! Proprio très accueillant et disponible au besoin…

Agréable séjour

Propriété très sympathique et pleine de facilités. proche du port, de la plage. Le propriétaire laisse des Kayak et vélos pour profiter de la région et ceci est vraiment le bienvenu. le séjour est super agréable, le home cinéma, la piscine, le sauna, le Jacuzzi, le BBQ, les chambres etc...le seul défaut de la maison est qu'il faudrait je pense donner un coup de neuf à qq objets (frigo, lave vaisselle) et qq installation (Jacuzzi?). C'est un détail bien sur. tout est tait pour profiter un maximum de la région dans de très bonnes conditions. Merci encore au propriétaire d'avoir été aussi présent et sympathique. Seb

maison avec tout confort

Maison appropriée pour grande famille à proximité du port. Quartier calme. Equipement loisirs disponible très intéressant pour occuper les enfants avant et au retour des sorties. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très réactif aux questions posées.

Vacances reposantes!

Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances! Le propriétaire est réactif et a à cœur que vous passiez de bons moments. Le grand avantage de la maison est la quantité impressionnante d'activités disponibles tant intérieures qu’extérieures, ce qui fait qu’on ne s´ennuie jamais meme quand le temps breton nous joue des tours!
