Cap Rance With family and friends!

Come and enjoy the banks of the Rance with family or friends! Our house will welcome you with all the necessary comforts. It is equipped with a functional kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, 2 raclette grills) which opens onto a living/dining room. A foosball table allows you to have some good times! You have 5 bedrooms, each with a dressing room: 3 doubles, including 1 on the ground floor, and 2 singles (see photos). As well as a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. And 2 toilets. A baby area will be provided upon request. An attached garage houses a washing machine, two clotheslines, a freezer, and a second small refrigerator. The enclosed garden offers a peaceful outdoor space with garden furniture and two parasols, all around a barbecue! Self check-in via a key box. Near the house, you will find shops: Super U supermarket, bakeries, a butcher, Restaurants... Ideally located 300m from the Rance River, between Dinan and Saint-Malo, you'll have the pleasure of discovering our Emerald Coast, while passing through Dinard! Additional notes: Linens (sheets, towels, bath mat, and tea towel) are provided, as well as a basic kit (dish soap, sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, bin bags, soap, and cleaning products). During the winter months, firewood can be provided for an additional fee. See you soon!
