Villa Les Mouettes, 180° sea view, SAUNA, direct access to the beach

Our family home has been completely renovated to take full advantage of the sea view, the uncrowded beach at Menfig and the natural surroundings all year round, whatever the tide or season.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room, and the bedrooms are spacious.
The two bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom with sea view. There is also a shower room on the ground floor adjoining the traditional wood-fired sauna, also with a sea view.
There is a toilet on each floor.
The garden covers 2,000 m². The sea-facing side provides direct access to the fine white sandy beach of Menfig, while the other side of the garden borders the GR 34 hiking trail.
