Beautiful architect-designed house with the sea 200 m away!

Architect house with 1200m2 wooded garden including terrace with barbecue deckchairs...all this in a green setting to fully enjoy your holidays in a relaxing and enclosed space.
The interior of the house offers, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful reception room, a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the extension of the house, there is a small living room and bedroom directly linked to the garden.
Upstairs there is a large TV lounge with fireplace and small relaxation area. An office with a sea view enhances everything for teleworking or simply contemplating the landscape.
There will also be a master bedroom with private bathroom.
During your stay, you can enjoy the beach which is 200m away, water sports on Dossen beach which is just in front of the house, numerous hiking trails but even the livelier towns of Roscoff and Saint Pol de Léon which is approximately 10 minutes away

Belle maison, agréable à vivre

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à plougoulm avec nos deux filles de 3ans et 9 mois . La maison est très agréable à vivre, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Les chambres ne sont pas forcément adaptées aux enfants (que des lits doubles) mais très grandes donc nous y avons installé notre lit parapluie pour notre petite dernière. Le jardin est fabuleux et clôt. L'accueil et le contact avec la gérante immobilière sont parfaits. Merci pour ce séjour !
