Discover this pleasant family home of 120 m² located in Plouguerneau, just a few steps from the sea and fine sandy beaches. Nestled in a calm environment ideal for families and with no overlooking neighbours, it promises you a rejuvenating stay between preserved coastline and Breton nature.
Outside, you will enjoy a large garden of 800 m² with an unobstructed view, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air. The house has a 75 m² terrace (currently under construction but will be completed in early April), furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial meals in the Breton sunshine.
Inside, the entrance opens directly onto a beautiful, warm and welcoming living space. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a rocking chair, creating a cosy atmosphere throughout the year. On the other side of the room, a large table with corner bench and chairs can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The open-plan American kitchen, running the full length of the space, is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster.
Adjoining the lounge, a bright conservatory offers a second large dining table with views over the garden, ideal for enjoying natural light and the garden throughout the year.
On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms equipped with shutters and blackout curtains:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one Queen Size bed (160x200)
Bedroom 2 (first floor): one double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 3 (first floor): two single beds (90x190) with a trundle bed for additional sleeping space

On the landing of the floor, a small lounge with sofa and television offers an additional relaxation space.
The house also has 2 bathrooms:
- Upstairs, a bathroom with shower and WC.
- On the ground floor, a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer as well as a separate WC.
Two parking spaces outside are available on the property and you can store up to 5 bicycles safely in a small locked room.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and equipment for young children (travel cot, baby bath, potty, step stool).
