Welcome to Lilia, a charming district of Plouguerneau, where this furnished house welcomes you just 500 metres from Kervenni beach. Fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers, it offers all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay. From the house, enjoy an unobstructed sea view of the famous Île Vierge lighthouse. You will also have a fenced garden, a fitted terrace and a barbecue to enjoy on beautiful days. Swimming, water activities and walks along the Aber Vrac'h will punctuate your holidays.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a cosy living room, perfect for getting together with family or friends, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television. By going down three steps, you access the kitchen/dining area, with sea view and direct access to the garden through a bay window. The latter is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and you will find everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x190 cm), a small desk and direct access to a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and WC. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms: one with a beautiful sea view and two single beds (90x190 cm), another with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and the last with a double bed (140x190 cm).
A second bathroom, with shower, hairdryer and toilet, is also available upstairs.
You will be able to park your vehicle safely on the property, and a sheltered space is provided for storing your bicycles.
