  • Aline’s house, located in the countryside in the town of Ploumilliau between land and sea, 2.5 km from the beach, 1 km from local amenities, and 18 km from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec, is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Built in the Neo-Breton style and offering unobstructed views, it features a south-facing terrace, all the comforts you need (new bathroom with two sinks and new bedding), and the peace and quiet necessary for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, it features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one “lin” bedroom (180x200 or convertible to two 0.90x200 beds), 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms—the “Marine” and “Grey” rooms (same as the ground-floor bedroom), 1 taupe-colored bedroom (140x190), (travel cot), 1 bathroom with views of the countryside and the sea, featuring a 90x120 walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and a toilet. Linens available for rent. Heating charged separately.
