Contemporary beachfront villa of 220 m2 ideal for several couples, with family or friends. The maximum capacity of the house is 9 people (adults, children and babies combined). <br><br>It is the ideal place to spend a few days in peace, with family or friends. Heated swimming pool accessible from April 15 to the end of September at 27/28°C (4m/7.5m pool).<br>Immediate proximity to the beach 100m walk.<br><br>Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided. Towels are provided for the beach and pool.<br><br>We have always given paramount importance to the cleanliness of the house, but the Covid 19 epidemic has made us redouble our efforts. Before each arrival, all surfaces are bleached and disinfected.<br><br>The house is composed as follows: <br><br>Ground floor:<br>A large fitted kitchen with central island and 2 dishwashers <br>Dining room for 9 people <br>Living room with large bay window with sea view, large flat screen TV <br>1 bedroom with double bed 160x200, TV, private bathroom<br>1 bedroom with double bed 160x200, TV<br>1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x200, TV<br>1 bathroom with walk-in shower<br>1 WC<br><br>FLOOR: <br>1 bedroom with double bed 180x200, flat screen, bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and double sink <br><br>EXTERIOR: <br> Terrace with sea view<br> Pool-house with fitted kitchen, sofa for 8 people with <br> a refrigerator <br> 4m/7.5m swimming pool heated from April 15th to the end of September at 27/28°C.<br> 1 2-burner gas barbecue (a plancha area).<br><br>Parking of several vehicles possible.<br><br>Linen (sheets and towels) is provided.<br><br>A pet is accepted but must be mentioned when booking. <br><br>Internet and TV Free Wi-Fi. <br>Washing machine and dryer of 9kg.<br>Green-up socket for electric cars.<br><br>These facilities, like the entire house, are private.<br><br>The area is untouched by mass tourism, making it a really nice and quiet destination. <br>Magnificent landscapes are to be discovered according to the different tides. <br>Water activities possible at the nautical club located 200m from the house.<br>There are many exceptional sites to see in the surrounding area, as well as all our islands.<br><br>A grocery delivery service is possible (your groceries will be stored before your arrival), the information will be given to you after booking.<br><br>A meal preparation and delivery service is also available.<br><br>The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included. The house must therefore be returned as clean as when you arrived.<br>If you would like a cleaning option, it will be offered to you after your booking. The amount is €150.<br><br>The Villa Côté Plage is managed by "Angie Conciergerie", Angie c'est moi, at your disposal before and during your stay.<br>It is therefore with me that you will exchange on this messaging system and by whom you will be welcomed when you arrive.<br>If you have any special requests: organisation of events, activities...
