"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

The staff is extremely professional, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was spotless! The owners clearly thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable. Even the bight white towels were super soft! Wish there were more Hotel Jagerhofs!!"

"From the outside the building is not glamorous but it is very safe and the apartment is plenty big for a family of 4, maybe even more if people sleep on the sofas on the living room."
