The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 140 m² house with sea view, close to the beach and able to accommodate up to 12 travelers, for rent in the commune of Plozévet. It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), as well as an 800 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160x200), with balcony access
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed, with balcony access
- Bedroom 4: Double bed (140x190), with balcony access
- Bedroom 5: Double bed (140x190) and sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 10m² south-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 100m² south-facing terrace

The house is ideally located in Plozévet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Kerrest and Gored beaches, a 20-minute walk away, ideal for swimming, relaxing or strolling along the seafront.
- Discover the Crozon peninsula, a spectacular coastline with cliffs battered by the wind and the Atlantic Ocean, 1 hour's drive
- Visit the Pointe du Raz, Brittany's most emblematic natural site, just 30 minutes from Plozévet
- Explore the city of Quimper, famous for its Gothic cathedral and hand-crafted earthenware, about 35 min drive
- Discover the port of Audierne, a charming and lively fishing port, with its restaurants and departures to the island of Sei, 20 minutes away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (spaces for 3 vehicles). You can also park 1 vehicle in the house garage.

Séjour plozevet

Maison bien équipée, grande, avec un beau jardin et un coin bronzage bien protégé. Maison à proximité de la mer. Petit bémol : on ne peut pas laisser les chiens dehors car pas de clôture coté rue et problème de connexion à intérieur nous n y sommes pas arrivés. Propriétaires très sympathique. Beau séjour
